PRODUCTION DETAILS:
“Dare to Dream Jr.” is a musical revue celebrating 100 years of Disney music, featuring songs from classic and contemporary films. The show follows a group of young trainees at a fictional Walt Disney Imagineering Studio who discover and celebrate teamwork, courage, imagination, and the power of chasing your dreams. It’s a vibrant, family-friendly show with show-stopping numbers, new twists on classic songs, and an important message from Walt Disney.
A good attitude and willingness to learn are more important than experience.
AUDITION DETAILS | MATERIALS | WHAT TO EXPECT:
Everyone will be asked to sing. Immediately following the audition, the production team may ask specific performers to attend callbacks on Sun, August 31, to audition further to particular roles or to dance. Everyone who auditions will be cast in the show. If you have a conflict with the callback auditions, please inform us at this time.
For your audition, prepare 1 or 2, of the following songs from the list below. Be prepared to sing one minute of the selected song(s). Accompaniment tracks will be provided.
Performers should wear comfortable clothing, something they can move freely in. Close-toed shoes only, NO SANDALS OF ANY KIND.
AUDITION MATERIALS:
Performers seeking featured roles will be required to sing one or two songs selected from the show. These selections will help our team assess vocal range, storytelling ability, and stage presence.
