Growing up in San Diego Marco discovered his passion for food and crafting his best work in the kitchen early on. After attending The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York Marco moved to Boston to continue his training. His recipes were recently featured in the Spiceology NFK Salt-Free cookbook.
