Mike Smith

Chef Mike grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan, but left for Chicago once the culinary bug caught him. After attending the Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago, Mike headed west for Los Angeles where he became a personal chef for celebrities like Dwane ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Sean Aston, and songwriter, Dianne Warren.

Chef Mike has worked in some of the nicest restaurants in San Diego, Las Vegas, and San Francisco. Whether he’s running a galley on land or at sea Smith is always up for the challenge of getting it right Chef Mike is now working towards doing more teaching and private cooking lessons and sharing his knowledge with the rest of the world!
