A “ Triple Threat” is an industry label for someone who can sing, dance, and act. Over the years, I’ve partnered with the City of San Diego and collaborated with gifted teaching artists to provide a variety of high-quality classes and showcase opportunities for young people and adults. Whether you’re an absolute beginner just starting your journey or a PRO, we are dedicated to helping you reach your training goals.

Our class combines the best of jazz dance warm-ups, yoga, and Pilates to help you build strength, flexibility, and endurance. It’s a comprehensive workout designed to push your limits and enhance your overall fitness.

Not at all! Our class is perfect for beginners and seasoned athletes alike. We offer modifications and support to ensure everyone can participate and get the most out of the session.

Wear comfortable, moisture-wicking workout attire that allows for a full range of motion. Sneakers or dance shoes are recommended for the warm-up portion, while yoga mats and Pilates accessories will be provided.

Each class lasts 60 minutes. Check our schedule for specific times and availability. We offer various time slots to fit your busy schedule.
