Adult Ballet Classes are designed for ages 16+.
Starting with a traditional warm-up, our ballet class typically focuses on developing technique, strength, and grace through a series of exercises and movements.
Exercises at the barre to build stability and alignment, and then continues with center work to develop balance and coordination.
Throughout the class, dancers work on improving their posture, alignment, and technique, as well as their ability to execute and perform various movements emphasis on musicality. Ending with a cool-down to help the dancers safely return to their resting state.
Our classes are forming and will start when we have 8 students enrolled, to be held on Wednesday evening
Beginning 5:15 – 6:15 PM
Intermediate 6:30 – 7:30 PM
Classes are held at our residency at the North Park Recreation Center; at 4044 Idaho St
$48 monthly, 4-week month, one class a week.
$60 monthly, 5-week month, one class a week.
