Dick Tracy:  Know as the hero in the America comic strip Dick Tracy. Tracy is a tough and intelligent detective who uses advanced gadgetry, and wits in his relentless pursuit of criminals. When he’s not fighting crime he’s trying to impress Tess Trueheart.  A charming leading man needs strong acting abilities – does not sing or dance.

Breathless Mahoney: This bad girl uses her charm to entice her victims to do her dirty work. Sings, dances, and acts.

Flat Top:  Always on the run from Dick Tracy. Sings, dances, and acts.

Big Boy: The brains of the operation, always trying to get away with something.

Mumbels: Part of the bad boy crew, however, no one can understand what he says because he’s always mumbling.

Crewy Lou: Don’t let her innocent looks fool you. Trouble is her middle name!

Queen of Malonia: Loud, proud and not afraid to voice her opinion.

King of Malonia: Soft-spoken, and knows that the Queen, is the real boss.

Ensemble: Police Officers, High Society couple, Reporter, Tour Guide, Kids (on tour), The Paparazzi, News Paperboy/girl
